The Missions Ministry Assistant is skilled in administration, organization, and communication. This position helps the Redeemer Global staff be effective and efficient in their ministry areas under the direction of the Executive Pastor of Sending. The ideal candidate for this position is an interpersonal professional, who is able to multitask, problem-solve and manage their workload. This position will provide administrative assistance to the following ministry areas: Missions, mobilization, church planting, global goers data management, and personal assistant to the Executive Pastor of Sending. This is a Part-time position.


The ideal candidate for this position is a strong female leader who loves college students, is relationally and theologically mature, and has a strong sense of initiative, organization, and follow-through. The Associate Director will lead the execution of the Redeemer College ministry strategies and vision under the direction of and in partnership with the College Ministry Director. This ministry currently serves around 500 students in our 21 small groups. It has an average attendance of 375 at our monthly college gatherings. It also has a 52 person student leadership team and a staff of 6 full-time college residents.This is a Full-time position.




The Production Manager is both a creative and technical role requiring skill in creating worshipful environments during all events and producing impactful and compelling audio/video projects. The focus of this position will be to oversee high quality audio reinforcement, set high standards for organization and execution of projects and services, develop efficient systems, and recruit, equip and care for volunteer teams. The position will also develop and curate audio/video projects that effectively and creatively communicate the work God is doing throughout the life of Redeemer. The position supports all ministry departments through audio, video, lighting and stage production. The ideal candidate will be able to help clearly communicate who Redeemer Church is, to encourage and disciple volunteers, share information about upcoming events, share resources, and to connect people to us.  This is a Full-time position.




The Communications Coordinator will lead the execution of the Communications and Media strategies under the direction of the Senior Ministry Director.  This position will fulfill three key functions: project management, volunteer recruitment/coordination, and leading creative/production staff. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a strong sense of initiative and follow-through, who loves working with creatives.  This person thrives keeping details in line and deadlines on time.
