Send Associate Director

We are looking to hire a Send Associate Director at Redeemer Church who is a catalytic leader with a heart for God’s global mission and a passion for mobilizing others into it. You communicate vision clearly, develop leaders intentionally, and build systems that lead to meaningful engagement. You are both relational and strategic—able to connect with people while driving clarity and execution.
Ministry Residency Program
Lubbock, TX - Full-Time/On-Site
The Residency Cohort at Redeemer has been designed to equip residents with theological and Biblical training and the opportunity to develop, observe, and apply what they have learned. We believe this developmental process will better prepare our graduates to be sent out as more effective church planters, church staff members, and lifelong church members.
