Jack of all trades and master of none. What is your favorite song we sing at Redeemer? - This is such a tough question! I love singing songs we've written because I know the back story of the writing process. Those usually have a deep personal impact on me because of that. Outside of our originals, I'd probably have to say "The Plan" by Souvenirs Worship. It captures how the gospel is woven throughout the entire Bible and leads us to glorify the God who wrote the story. What are you praying for the people of Redeemer? - I am praying that the people of our church would not be passive observers in the family of God but that they would be active participants, knowing that God wants to grow them in deep relationship with him and his people. ### Seth Timmens How many instruments do you play (including your voice)? - I play 4 instruments (5 if you include air drums in my car) - Piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and singing. What is your favorite song we sing at Redeemer? - My favorite song is hard to choose because there are so many goodies! I will say, hearing the church sing *whatever* song is pretty incredible! What are you praying for the people of Redeemer? - My prayer for Redeemer and the big "C" church is what the Apostle Paul penned in Colossians 1:9-13 - "that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." ### Avery Corder How many instruments do you play (including your voice)? - I play 3 instruments at Redeemer but some others are in process! What is your favorite song we sing at Redeemer? - There are so many songs that I love so this is a tough one, but I think I'll go with one of my all-time favorites and say It Is Well. What are you praying for the people of Redeemer? - I pray the people of Redeemer find joy in their lives and homes every day through Christ. ### Brock Haugen How many instruments do you play (including your voice)? - Technically, I play 3 instruments (piano, acoustic guitar, and singing), but if you put me in front of a drum set, I can make some serious noise! What is your favorite song we sing at Redeemer? - I love so many of the songs that we sing at Redeemer. I don’t think I can pick one, so I’ll be that guy and pick three! These definitely being Behold Him, Greatly to be Praised, and (shout out Redeemer) Persistent. What are you praying for the people of Redeemer? - My prayer for the people of Redeemer is that they are constantly seeking to know God more and to make Him known in all contexts, and that they would feel pushed to serve the body well!
