Trip Information
Vision
Step into what God is doing in a gateway city to a nation filled with hundreds of unreached people groups. This two-week immersive journey will equip you with training in the Biblical model of missions, one-on-one coaching from seasoned ministry leaders, and hands-on experience sharing the gospel and making disciples. Whether you're trekking through the stunning Himalayan peaks or hiking between villages in lush, jungle-filled valleys, you'll be actively engaging the lost in one of the most spiritually open regions on earth. While the physical challenges will push you, the spiritual rewards are beyond measure. Join us in fulfilling the Great Commission in these remote, breathtaking corners of the Himalayas!
What's Expected
We ask every participant to remain flexible, as plans often change, especially on the mission field. Due to the security and sensitivity of this work, we encourage participants to have some prior overseas experience and a basic familiarity with Middle Eastern culture. This background will help you better navigate the challenges of the trip and engage more effectively with the local community.
Your Redeemer team will be divided into two smaller groups and sent out into the field. Due to the dynamic nature of this mission, we ask for your flexibility, as we may not know the specific details of each team's assignment until we arrive. Much of our work will depend on the availability of local partners, making adaptability key to our success.
Most teams will likely travel a significant distance to get to the remote villages. You will hike from village to village, sharing the gospel along the way. You’ll stay overnight in these remote communities, where accommodations are simple and without modern conveniences—but the opportunity to bring hope to these unreached areas makes it all worthwhile.
